Paid features require a subscription. Billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. AI Diagnostic Disclaimer

Cipher's AI-generated diagnostic guidance is provided as a reference tool and does not replace professional judgment. All repair decisions should be verified by a qualified technician. Cipher is not liable for repair outcomes based on AI recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, software, and content, is owned by Cipher. Your diagnostic data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant Cipher a license to use anonymized diagnostic data to improve the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cipher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cipher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
